Real Estate Ownership Transfer via Real Estate Market – Transaction Assistance

Alnajah Business Services assists sellers and buyers with the electronic procedures for creating and completing a real estate ownership transfer transaction through the Saudi Real Estate Market platform, including reviewing property, party, transaction, IBAN, and applicable requirement information.

The Ministry of Justice provides an official service titled “Listing a Real Estate Transaction (Real Estate Ownership Transfer)”, allowing beneficiaries to create a transaction between a seller and buyer and complete the available procedures electronically.

• Any additional requirements applicable to the property or parties involved.

Fees
