Al-Najah Business Services provides assistance with reviewing an existing electronic request and helping the customer amend or complete available information and requirements before final processing, subject to the request status and the options provided by the relevant platform or authority.
The service includes:
- Reviewing the current request status.
- Reviewing submitted information and data.
- Identifying missing information or requirements.
- Checking whether amendment or completion is available.
- Assisting with amending eligible information.
- Assisting with completing missing information or documents.
- Reviewing the request after amendments.
- Supporting available electronic steps before final processing.
- Clarifying observations that may appear during the procedure.

The ability to amend or complete a request depends on its current status and the options available through the relevant platform or authority. Some requests may no longer be editable after reaching a certain processing stage.
