Al-Najah Business Services provides administrative and technical assistance to help clients follow up on an existing electronic transaction through the Najiz platform, review its status, and complete available procedures, information, or document requirements based on the client’s data.
The service includes
- Reviewing the status of the electronic transaction.
- Identifying any displayed notes, deficiencies, or missing requirements.
- Clarifying the next available electronic step.
- Assisting with preparing the information required for completion.
- Assisting with uploading documents when the service is available electronically.
- Following up on updates to the transaction status.
- Informing the client of any additional requirements issued by the relevant authority.
