Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance to companies preparing an application for a Building Materials Quarry License.

Requirements to start
The client must provide accurate, current, and valid information and documents required for the application according to the company, site, mineral type, and regulatory status.
Requirements may vary depending on the quarry location, mineral type, establishment experience, previous licenses or applications, and any additional permits or approvals applicable to the site.
Final requirements are therefore reviewed against the official Mining Platform at the time of application.
Specialized studies and technical plans
The service fee does not include the preparation of specialized technical studies or plans from scratch.
Where the application requires documents such as geological studies, engineering reports, environmental studies, rehabilitation and closure plans, field surveys, or other professionally prepared reports, these are treated as separate services unless expressly included in a separate written scope of work.
What is not included?
The service does not include:
- Guaranteeing site approval.
- Guaranteeing application approval or license issuance.
- Allocating a mining site on behalf of the client.
- Guaranteeing a specific license area or duration.
- Quarry excavation, extraction, or operational activities.
- Selling or transporting extracted materials on behalf of the client.
- Preparing specialized geological, engineering, or environmental studies under the basic service fee.
- Providing any required financial guarantee.
- Paying government fees as part of the service fee.
- Bypassing any regulatory, technical, financial, or environmental requirement.
- Providing legal, geological, or engineering advice that requires separate professional licensing.
Fees
The price displayed on the Alnajah Business Services store represents our administrative, technical, and procedural assistance fee only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not include:
- Application fees.
- License issuance fees.
- Surface rental charges.
- Financial guarantees.
- Other government permits or approvals.
- Technical or environmental studies.
- Government fees or third-party costs.
Official amounts should be based on the invoice or value displayed through the relevant official platform at the time of application, as fees and requirements may change.
Processing time
The time required for Alnajah Business Services to complete its part of the service depends on the completeness of the client’s information and documents.
The review period, requests for additional information, approval or rejection, and final license issuance are controlled by the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed by Alnajah Business Services.
Data protection
Alnajah Business Services does not request the client’s account password or one-time verification code (OTP). Verification codes must remain with the account holder and be handled through official channels.
