Al-Najah Business Services provides administrative and technical assistance to help clients prepare the information and documents required for an enforcement request and complete the available electronic steps through the Najiz platform, based on the information and documents provided by the client.
The service includes

- Assisting in selecting the appropriate enforcement request type from the options available on the platform.

- Assisting with uploading the required documents and attachments.
- Following up on the request number and electronic status within the scope of the service.
The Ministry of Justice states that an enforcement request may require information about the party against whom enforcement is sought and the required supporting documents. A valid power of attorney may also be required if the request is submitted by an authorized representative.
