Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance to Mining License holders preparing to submit a Mining License renewal application.

The service is designed to assist clients with reviewing the current license status and available renewal requirements, organizing client-provided information and documents, and supporting the completion and follow-up of the available electronic renewal procedures within the agreed scope.

The purpose of the service is to improve the administrative readiness of the renewal file and help reduce avoidable procedural deficiencies.

The service does not guarantee license renewal, document acceptance, or government approval. Final eligibility, requirements, approval, rejection, and renewal decisions remain subject to the relevant authority.

Renewal Timing

According to the current official Mining License information published by the Saudi Mining Platform, a Mining License renewal application should be submitted at least 180 days before the license expires.

Requirements

Actual renewal requirements depend on the license, establishment circumstances, and requirements in force at the time of submission.

Depending on the case, the client may be required to provide license information, establishment information, an economic feasibility study, environmental permit, work plan, environmental and social impact management plan, rehabilitation and closure plan, evidence of financial capability, evidence of technical capability, financial guarantee, and other documents required by the relevant authority.

Specialized Studies and Reports

Preparation of specialized geological, engineering, environmental, financial, surveying, or other professional studies from scratch is not included in the basic service fee.

Where a document requires a qualified or licensed specialist, the client will be informed accordingly.

Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, validity, currency, and authenticity of all information and documents provided.

Alnajah Business Services does not create false geological, financial, technical, or regulatory information or alter documents for the purpose of bypassing official requirements.

Exclusions

The basic service does not include guaranteed license renewal or approval, specialized studies prepared from scratch, geological or field work, surveying, drilling or sampling, financial guarantees, government fees, license charges, surface rental where applicable, third-party costs, or specialized legal, engineering, geological, environmental, or financial advice.

Service Fees

The displayed price of SAR 2,990 represents Alnajah Business Services' administrative, technical, and procedural assistance fee within the agreed service scope only.

Government fees, renewal charges, surface rental where applicable, financial guarantees, specialized studies, professional reports, and third-party costs are separate.

Applicable official charges should be based on the invoice or amount displayed through the official Mining Platform or authorized payment channel at the time of the procedure.

Processing Time

The service begins after the required information and documents have been received in complete and reviewable form.

Alnajah's processing time depends on the size and complexity of the file, completeness of the documents, and the client's response to any requests for additional information.

Government review periods, requests for additional information, approvals, rejections, and final renewal decisions are outside Alnajah Business Services' control and are not guaranteed.

Account and Data Security

Alnajah Business Services does not request account passwords or one-time verification codes (OTP).

Verification codes must remain with the account holder and should be entered through the relevant official channel when required.

Our role is limited to reviewing, organizing, preparing, and following up on renewal procedures expressly included within the agreed scope and based on client-provided information and documents.

License-holder eligibility, final requirements, technical, financial and environmental obligations, additional requests, approval or rejection, renewal duration, and final renewal decisions remain solely subject to the relevant authority.

Alnajah Business Services does not guarantee license renewal, document acceptance, or the absence of additional requirements.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents provided. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Alnajah Business Services is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, changes in official requirements, decisions of relevant authorities, external system interruptions, or delays outside its reasonable control.
