Mining Investor Support Services

Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance to investors planning to establish or develop activities in the mining sector.

The service is designed to help investors understand the relevant administrative pathway, review available requirements, organize client-provided information and documents, and receive assistance with the completion and follow-up of one defined mining-related procedure within the agreed service scope.

The purpose of the service is to improve administrative readiness and help reduce avoidable procedural errors or missing information.

This service does not constitute geological or engineering assessment, mining feasibility analysis, specialized legal or investment advice, or a guarantee of a mining license, mining area, mineral right, or government approval.

What the Service May Include

Depending on the investor, project, and procedure involved, the service may include:

  • Initial review of investor and project information.
  • Assistance in identifying the most relevant administrative pathway based on available information.
  • Explanation of the general steps associated with the selected procedure.
  • Review of available requirements at the time the service is performed.
  • Review and organization of establishment or investor information.
  • Administrative review and organization of client-provided documents.
  • Administrative organization of site and coordinate information supplied by the client, without technical or surveying certification.
  • Identification of visible administrative deficiencies where possible.
  • Organization of supporting documents for electronic use.
  • Assistance with available electronic fields and procedural steps within the agreed scope.
  • Review of observations or requests for additional information.
  • Organization of client-provided responses and supporting documents.
  • Follow-up during the agreed service period.
  • Notification of additional requirements that become available.
  • Provision of an available status summary upon completion of the agreed scope.

Mining Procedures

Saudi Arabia's official Mining Platform lists several categories of mining licenses and procedures, including exploration, mining, small-mine, building-materials, reconnaissance, surplus-mineral, and general-purpose licenses.

The appropriate procedure depends on the investor's circumstances, intended activity, mineral, site, and applicable requirements. Final eligibility and licensing decisions remain subject to the relevant authority.

Service Scope

The basic service covers assistance with one defined primary mining-related procedure within the agreed scope following an initial review of the client's case.

Purchasing this service does not mean that all mining licenses, applications, sites, or transactions relating to the investor are included in one order.

Where multiple independent procedures, extended follow-up, additional authorities, or specialized professional studies are required, the additional scope and applicable cost will be explained before such work begins.

Site, Coordinates and Mineral Information

Any review of site, coordinate, or mineral information by Alnajah Business Services is administrative and organizational only.

The service does not include surveying certification, geological verification, mineral-resource or reserve estimation, mineral-quality assessment, drilling, sampling, geophysical or geochemical work, field exploration, or confirmation of the commercial viability of a mining site.

Specialized Studies and Reports

Certain mining procedures may require specialized technical, financial, environmental, geological, or professional documents.

For example, the official Mining Platform currently lists environmental and social impact management planning, rehabilitation and closure planning, an economic feasibility study, evidence of technical and financial capability, and a financial guarantee among the requirements for a Mining License.

Preparation of such specialized studies and professional reports from scratch is not included in the basic service fee.

Where a document requires a qualified or licensed specialist, the client will be informed so that the appropriate professional documentation can be obtained.

Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, validity, currency, and authenticity of all information and documents provided, including establishment, project, site, mineral, financial, and technical information.

Alnajah Business Services does not create false information or alter documents, technical data, or financial information for the purpose of bypassing official requirements.

Document and information review under this service is administrative and procedural in nature and does not constitute geological, engineering, legal, financial, or other professional certification.

Fees and Third-Party Costs

The displayed price represents Alnajah Business Services' administrative, technical, and procedural assistance fee within the agreed scope only.

Government fees, license charges, surface rental where applicable, financial guarantees, specialized studies, professional reports, and third-party costs are separate.

Because official charges vary by license type and procedure, applicable government amounts should be based on the invoice or value displayed through the official Mining Platform or authorized payment channel at the time of the procedure.

Processing Time

The service begins after the agreed scope has been defined and the required information and documents have been received in complete and reviewable form.

Alnajah's processing time depends on the nature of the procedure, document volume, completeness of the information, and the client's response to additional requirements.

Government review periods, requests for additional information, approvals, rejections, license issuance, and final decisions are outside Alnajah Business Services' control and are not guaranteed.

Account and Data Security

Alnajah Business Services does not request account passwords or one-time verification codes (OTP).

Verification codes must remain with the account holder and should be entered by the account holder through the relevant official channel when required.

Important Notice and Limitation of Scope

Alnajah Business Services is an independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance provider. We are not the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Mining Platform, or any government entity, and we do not represent them.

Our role is limited to reviewing, organizing, preparing, and following up on procedures expressly included within the agreed service scope based on client-provided information and documents.

Investor, establishment, site and mineral eligibility; license type and area; technical, financial and environmental requirements; additional requests; approvals or rejections; license issuance, renewal or modification; and final outcomes remain solely subject to the relevant authorities.

Alnajah Business Services does not guarantee the availability of a mining area, the existence or economic viability of mineral resources, application approval, license issuance, financing, incentives, or any specific investment return.

The client remains responsible for investment decisions and for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents provided. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Alnajah Business Services is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, changes in official requirements, decisions of relevant authorities, external system interruptions, or delays outside its reasonable control.
