Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance to factories and industrial establishments in reviewing requirements, organizing information and documents, and supporting the completion and follow-up of one defined industrial procedure within the agreed service scope.

This service is suitable for industrial establishments that require an initial review of their situation, assistance in identifying the appropriate procedure, or support in organizing and following up on an industrial transaction before selecting a more specialized service.

What the Service May Include

Depending on the establishment and the procedure involved, the service may include:

• Initial review of the establishment's information and requested matter.
• Identification of the appropriate administrative procedure based on client-provided information.
• Review of available requirements relating to the procedure.
• Review and organization of client-provided information and documents.
• Identification of visible administrative deficiencies where possible.
• Organization of attachments for electronic use.
• Assistance with available electronic forms or procedural steps.
• Review of observations or additional-information requests appearing during the procedure.
• Organization of client-provided documents or responses addressing such observations.
• Follow-up during the agreed service period.
• Informing the client of additional requirements that become available.
• Providing a summary of the procedure's available status upon completion of the agreed scope.

Basic Service Scope

The displayed price covers administrative and technical assistance with one defined primary procedure, following an initial review of the establishment's case and confirmation of the agreed scope.

Purchasing this service does not mean that all government transactions or industrial procedures relating to the establishment are included in one order.

If multiple independent procedures, extended follow-up, a substantial volume of documentation, or specialized professional work are required, the additional scope and cost will be explained to the client before any additional work begins.

Examples of Supported Procedures

Depending on the establishment's circumstances and available services, assistance may relate to industrial licensing procedures, establishment-data updates, Industrial Survey procedures, existing application follow-up, certain industrial customs exemption procedures, or other administrative procedures relevant to industrial establishments.

These examples are provided for general clarification only and do not mean that all such procedures are automatically included in the basic service fee.

Client Responsibility

The service relies on information and documents supplied by the client. The client is therefore responsible for their accuracy, completeness, validity, currency, and authenticity.

Alnajah Business Services does not create false information or alter production, workforce, sales, production-capacity, financial, or other regulatory information for the purpose of bypassing official requirements.

If the client's case requires a report, study, certification, or professional service from a licensed specialist, the client will be informed before further action is taken.

Exclusions

The basic service fee does not include:

• Unlimited transactions for the establishment.
• Multiple independent procedures unless expressly agreed.
• Government fees or official invoices.
• Third-party service charges.
• Preparation of engineering, geological, environmental, or financial studies from scratch.
• Professional reports requiring certification by a licensed specialist.
• Physical inspection or field assessment of the factory.
• Specialized legal, engineering, accounting, or professional advice.
• Provision or payment of financial guarantees.
• Guaranteed approval, license issuance, exemption, or other government decision.
• Bypassing regulatory or official requirements.

Additional Services

If the review shows that the establishment requires a separate service, such as Industrial License issuance, renewal or modification, Industrial Survey submission, customs exemption procedures, a permit, or a specialized technical study or report, the client will be informed accordingly.

Such additional work is not included in this product unless separately agreed before execution.

Service Fees

The displayed price represents Alnajah Business Services' administrative, technical, and procedural assistance fee within the agreed scope only.

Government fees, third-party charges, specialized studies, and professional reports are separate.

Where official fees apply, the applicable amount should be based on the invoice or value displayed through the relevant official platform or authorized payment channel at the time of the procedure.

Processing Time

The service begins after the agreed scope has been defined and the required information and documents have been received in complete and reviewable form.

Alnajah's processing time depends on the nature of the procedure, the volume of documentation, completeness of information, and the client's response to any requests for additional information.

Government review periods, additional requirements, approvals, rejections, and final decisions are outside Alnajah Business Services' control and are not guaranteed.

Account and Data Security

For the client's protection, Alnajah Business Services does not request account passwords or one-time verification codes (OTP).

Verification codes must remain with the account holder and should be entered by the account holder through the official channel when required.

Important Notice and Limitation of Scope

Alnajah Business Services is an independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance provider for factories and industrial establishments. We are not the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Industrial Platform, or any government entity, and we do not represent them.

Our role is limited to the services expressly included within the agreed scope and is based on information and documents provided by the client.

Eligibility, final requirements, additional requests, approvals, rejections, license issuance, and final government decisions remain solely subject to the relevant authorities.

Alnajah Business Services does not guarantee a government approval or specific outcome and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, is not responsible for outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information, changes in official requirements, decisions of relevant authorities, external system interruptions, or delays outside its reasonable control.
