Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance to investors who are planning to establish an industrial project or develop an existing industrial establishment.

The service is designed to help investors understand the appropriate administrative pathway, review available requirements, organize information and documents, and receive assistance with the completion and follow-up of one defined industrial procedure within the agreed service scope.

Our role is to improve administrative readiness and help reduce avoidable procedural errors or missing information. Eligibility assessments, approvals, licenses, permits, and final decisions remain under the authority of the relevant government entities.

What the Service May Include

Depending on the investor, project, and procedure involved, the service may include:

• Initial review of investor and industrial project information.
• Identification of the appropriate administrative procedure based on client-provided information.
• Explanation of the general steps relating to the selected procedure.
• Review of available requirements at the time the service is performed.
• Review and organization of client-provided information and documents.
• Identification of visible administrative deficiencies where possible.
• Organization of supporting documents for electronic use.
• Assistance with available electronic fields and procedural steps within the agreed scope.
• Review of observations or requests for additional information.
• Organization of client-provided documents or responses addressing such observations.
• Follow-up during the agreed service period.
• Informing the client of additional requirements that become available.
• Providing a summary of the available status upon completion of the agreed scope.

Who Is This Service For?

This service is intended for investors with a defined industrial project or activity who require assistance organizing the administrative procedures associated with establishing or developing the project.

It may also support investors operating an existing industrial establishment who need assistance with a specific administrative procedure.

The service does not select an investment opportunity on behalf of the client or determine the commercial or financial viability of a project.

Service Scope

The scope of work is defined according to the investor's circumstances and the required procedure before execution begins.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the basic service covers assistance with one primary industrial procedure within the agreed scope.

If multiple independent transactions, procedures involving different authorities, extended follow-up, or specialized professional documents or studies are required, the additional scope will be explained before any additional work is undertaken.

Examples of Supported Procedures

Depending on the client's circumstances, assistance may relate to industrial licensing procedures, industrial establishment data updates, Industrial Survey procedures, follow-up of an existing industrial application, document and requirements review, or other available administrative procedures relevant to an industrial project or establishment.

These examples are provided for general guidance only and do not mean that all listed procedures are automatically included in one order or under one service fee.

Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, validity, currency, and authenticity of all information and documents provided.

Alnajah Business Services relies on client-provided information and does not create false information or alter financial, production, operational, or regulatory data for the purpose of bypassing official requirements.

Document review under this service is administrative and organizational in nature and does not constitute official certification or professional verification of the substantive accuracy of the documents.

Services Not Included

The basic service does not include:

• Economic or financial feasibility studies.
• Recommendations to invest or not invest in a particular project.
• Guaranteed profitability or investment returns.
• Specialized financial, tax, or legal advice.
• Engineering, environmental, or geological studies prepared from scratch.
• Factory or production-line design.
• Industrial property or land valuation.
• Financing services or guarantees of financing approval.
• Professional reports requiring separately licensed specialists.
• Government or third-party fees.
• Guaranteed licenses, permits, incentives, exemptions, or approvals.
• Circumvention of official or regulatory requirements.

Where such services are required, the client will be informed that they fall outside the basic service scope.

Fees

The displayed price represents Alnajah Business Services' administrative, technical, and procedural assistance fee within the agreed scope only.

Government fees, charges payable to other authorities, specialized studies, professional reports, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where official fees apply, the applicable amount should be based on the invoice or value displayed through the relevant official platform or authorized payment channel at the time of the procedure.

Processing Time

The service begins once the scope has been defined and the required information and documents have been received in complete and reviewable form.

Alnajah's processing time depends on the nature of the procedure, the volume of documents, completeness of the information, and the client's response to requests for additional information.

Government review periods, additional requirements, approvals, rejections, licenses, permits, and final decisions are outside Alnajah Business Services' control and are not guaranteed.

Account and Data Security

For the client's protection, Alnajah Business Services does not request account passwords or one-time verification codes (OTP).

Verification codes must remain with the account holder and should be entered by the account holder through the relevant official channel when required.

Important Notice and Limitation of Scope

Alnajah Business Services is an independent administrative, technical, and procedural assistance provider. We are not the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Investment, the Industrial Platform, or any government entity, and we do not represent them.

Our role is limited to the services expressly included within the agreed scope and is based on information and documents provided by the client.

Investor, establishment and project eligibility, final requirements, additional requests, approvals, rejections, licenses, permits, incentives, exemptions, and final outcomes remain solely subject to the relevant authorities.

Alnajah Business Services does not guarantee application approval, site allocation, financing, incentives, exemptions, license issuance, or any specific investment return.

The client remains responsible for their investment decisions and for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents provided. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Alnajah Business Services is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, changes in official requirements, decisions of relevant authorities, external system interruptions, or delays outside its reasonable control.
