Administrative assistance in reviewing industrial license requirements and documents, identifying visible missing items, and organizing information and attachments before submission or application completion.
Industrial License Requirements & Documents Review
Alnajah Business Services provides independent administrative and technical assistance in reviewing industrial license requirements and supporting documents before submission or when an existing file requires completion.
The service is intended to help businesses organize their documents, understand the requirements available for the relevant procedure, and identify visible administrative deficiencies or missing items before proceeding to the next step.
The review is based on the information and documents provided by the client and the requirements available at the time the service is performed. It is an administrative and organizational preliminary review only and does not constitute official document approval, confirmation of eligibility, or a guarantee that an industrial license application will be accepted or approved.
Service Scope
The service may include reviewing the establishment's basic information, reviewing and organizing client-provided documents and attachments, performing an initial comparison against the available requirements for the relevant procedure, identifying visible missing information, checking document readability and electronic usability, reviewing apparent consistency between names, numbers and basic information, and providing administrative observations to help the client improve the readiness of the file.
Where missing items are completed within the agreed scope, a further administrative review may be performed.
Review Outcome
Following the review, the client will receive an administrative summary describing any visible missing items, observations, or information that may require completion.
If the file is described as “initially ready,” this only means that no obvious administrative deficiencies were identified within the documents and information reviewed. It does not constitute government approval, official certification, or confirmation that the application will be accepted.
Limitations of the Review
This service is limited to administrative and organizational review. It does not constitute legal, engineering, accounting, environmental, or other specialized professional review.
The service does not include physical inspection of the establishment, official certification of documents, professional verification of their substantive accuracy, or preparation of reports requiring a licensed or qualified specialist.
Where the client's case requires an engineering report, environmental study, certified financial document, separate permit, or another specialized service, the client will be informed accordingly before any additional work is undertaken.
Client Responsibility
The client remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, validity, currency, and authenticity of all information and documents provided.
Alnajah Business Services relies on client-provided information and does not create false information or alter documents or data for the purpose of bypassing official requirements.
The administrative review provided under this service does not constitute professional certification of the substantive or technical accuracy of the documents.
Services Not Included
This service does not include preparing and submitting a new industrial license application from scratch, guaranteeing document acceptance or license issuance, obtaining missing documents from other authorities, preparing specialized professional studies or reports, or paying government or third-party fees unless a separate purchased service expressly states otherwise.
Service Fees
The displayed price represents Alnajah Business Services' administrative and technical review fee only, including document organization and identification of visible missing items within the agreed scope.
Government fees, third-party charges, specialized studies, professional reports, and other external costs are separate.
Where official fees apply, the applicable amount should be based on the value displayed through the relevant official platform, invoice, or authorized payment channel at the time of the procedure.
Processing Time
The service begins once the required information and documents have been received in a clear and reviewable form.
Completion time depends on the volume of documents, completeness of the information, and the client's response to requests for missing items. Government processing or decision periods are not included in this service.
Account and Data Security
Alnajah Business Services does not request the client's account password or one-time verification code (OTP).
Verification codes must remain with the account holder and should be entered by the account holder through the relevant official channel when required.
